Use Dual Brush in Procreate! (With Additional Step on How to Uncombine Them)
Simply select a brush.
Next, swipe on another brush, and you can see that combine appears.
Tap combine, and you will now have a new brush.

Edit How Your Brush Would Appear
You can also then go into the brush studio and edit the brushes.
See here we have the first brush and the second brush.
And you can adjust the spacing, how streamlined it is, and all sorts of other effects.
Uncombine the Brushes
And If you want to uncombine the brushes, just tap on the secondary brush and select uncombine.
And that is how you combine brushes!
